2 visits per day....................£ 25.00
 
Rates stated are for up to three cats per visit. Thereafter, there s a small surcharge of £2.00 per extra cat
 
 
TRIPS TO THE VET (Monday to Friday)
 
£ 30.00 - £ 40.00, depending on location (includes pick up, waiting time and return journey)
Prescription collection £ 15.00 - £ 20.00, depending on location
 


 
PAYMENT:
 
For regular service users: Weekly
 
For occasional or one off service users: On the day of service

Payments can be made via bank transfer on receipt of invoice, or in cash on the day of service
 

SURCHARGES

There is a 50% surcharge on regular Bank Holiday services
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New  Year's Day are charged at double rate


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that 72 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a booking
Late cancellations, i.e. less than 72 hours, will be subject to payment in full

It is NOT possible to "swap" an existing booking for another date
